The Wedding Code

A sealed-code keepsake for your wedding

Dear everyone who's ever said "send me that video"...

Hold onto every voice that said yes to loving you two.

The Wedding Code turns your invitation into something that speaks, your wedding party ask into a sealed secret, and your reception into one feed everyone fills together. Then it stays closed to the world and open to the people who were there, for as long as you want to keep it.

Sealed by patented Sealed Code technology (US Patent 12,079,296): the unlock is tied to a guest's own phone and to your wedding itself, never to a link anyone can forward along.

What gets lost

Your dad's toast, cracking on the second sentence. Your roommate's voice message from three time zones away. The flower girl's unplanned dance party at the edge of the floor.

None of that makes it into the photographer's gallery. It lives on someone's phone, in a group chat that gets buried by Tuesday. The Wedding Code gives every one of those phones a home to send it to, before the night is even over.

The service

One code. Four moments. A whole wedding kept close.

1

Say it, don't print it

Your invitation already says when and where. Let it say something only you could say: a video hello, in your own two voices, sealed to the card in your guests' hands.

2

Ask the ones who've been there

Before "I do," there's "will you stand up there with me." Turn that question into a private video sealed to one card, so the moment they find out is one they'll watch over and over.

3

Let the whole room help tell it

Table tents and a card by the bar. Guests scan, and whatever they catch, the hug, the happy tears, the terrible dancing, lands in one feed as the night happens, not three weeks later.

4

Open it again when you need to

A year from now. Five years from now. On a hard day, or just because. The same code, still open, still full of the people who love you.

A closer look

The two moments that make this a keepsake, not an app

An invitation that speaks in your own voice, not a font. A proposal that feels like a secret, not an errand.

  • One scan plays your own welcome video, no app or account needed
  • Private proposal cards for each bridesmaid or groomsman, sealed to that one person
  • Same scan carries your RSVP link, registry and wedding website
  • Works on whatever stationery you already chose; we supply print-ready code art

Bridesmaid card

"Scan this. I have something to ask you."
She scans the card with her own camera
Confirms her phone number once
Watches your private video message, just for her

At the reception

Every guest becomes a photographer. Every clip finds its way home.
Table tents and a welcome sign carry the code
Guests post photos, clips and notes all night
You keep the full feed, in original quality, forever

The WeddingGram: a private feed that fills itself, all night, with nothing for your guests to download.

  • No app, no account, no download for guests
  • Optional live display on the venue screen as the feed fills
  • Every guest who scanned keeps access, so the anniversary scan still works
  • Pull any guest clip into your own highlight reel or thank-you cards

Why not a free QR app

A keepsake, not a leak.

A link gets screenshotted, forwarded, and forgotten. A Sealed Code only opens for the people who were actually there, so what your guests share stays exactly as private as the day itself.

Questions

Before you scan

Do our guests need to download anything?+

No. Guests scan the code with their phone's own camera. The page opens in their browser, they confirm a phone number once, and they're in. No app, no account, no password.

Is the feed private, or can anyone with the code see it?+

Only phones that scan the code at your wedding itself unlock it the first time. That's the Sealed Code technology: the unlock is tied to the guest's device and, at first scan, to the event. Your code is never indexed or searchable, and it's never shared with anyone outside your guest list.

How far in advance should we book?+

At least 8 weeks before your invitations mail, since the code needs to go to your stationer before printing. If you're already inside that window, ask us about rush setup.

What if a guest loses their card or forgets to scan?+

The same code is printed on every card and table tent at the venue, so a lost invitation doesn't lock anyone out. A guest can scan any copy of the code on the day and still unlock the feed.

We're a planner or venue. Can we offer this to our couples?+

Yes. We work with planners, venues and stationers as referral or package partners, and venues can hold a standing house code for every event. Mention your business on the form and we'll follow up with partner pricing.
